The MBF Promotion was part of the South Bank
festivities during the Goodwill Games in Brisbane. The team
demonstrated a variety of 'land' training exercises that are used as
part of the conditioning program for the tea. A special thanks to
Chris Gaviglio, the team's fitness trainer for donating his time.
